Made up by a team of specialists, ready to assist you in designing your space, we know that it always helps to know who you’re dealing with before contacting a company. We have prepared the below introduction to each department for this very reason.
Our Enquiry Response Team is made up of multiple professionals, all responsible for separate areas of the company, but all with advanced knowledge of the stone industry, and keen insight into the design realm. When an enquiry is made, it becomes the job of this department to follow up and explore the reasonable options together and with the client.
Whatever your goal is, this team is responsible for making that happen to the best of our abilities. No question is a silly question for the Enquiry Response Team here at IPC Granite and they will be more than happy to follow up on all of your wildest design dreams.
Customer service is IPC Granite’s pride, and all employees strive to demonstrate this at all times when dealing with our clients. Large scale and small scale jobs all receive the highest level of customer care, allowing us to confidently say you will not find a more charismatic and friendly team in our industry.
We are aware that all too often in the trade industry, Customer Service and Customer Care can be swept under the rug, replaced with high prices and a shocking lack of communication. Knowing this, we strive to remain in contact with our clients from the initial Enquiry through to long after the installation process is completed. The Customer Service Department (made up of our Contracts administrator, Estimating team and Management Team) is always monitoring the processes involved in our works, striving to improve them wherever possible.
The Estimating Team here at IPC is dedicated to providing the most competitive prices possible. Working alongside the Enquiry Response Team and The Customer Service Department, the Estimating Team will produce a quote for you or your business at the best industry price possible.
When a quote is produced, the team will remain in contact with you to make sure the quote is to your liking. As a company we will always offer you the lowest price possible, and are willing to suggest options that will lower your expense as much as possible.
Every job, small/large enquiry, major project or ongoing partnership is important to us here at IPC Granite. This being said, we strive to monitor all works from start to finish.
The industry, being the way it is, often throws roadblocks in our way here at IPC. Sinks may not always be available, Stone types may have run out of stock and many other problems often find there way into our workshop. That is where the Project and Contract Administration Team come into the picture. We make it our mission to keep you informed every step of the way, and we fight to get your stone installed within 10 business days of templateing every time.
